Need to return and exchange an item?

Free Exchanges*

If you would like to exchange your item for something that better fits your needs we can take care of this for you without shipping charges. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will take care of the return and get you the product you need.

*Free exchange offer valid within the continental US only.
*One Free Exchange offer per order.
*Free Exchange orders are shipped via Ground. *For Free exchanges, replacement item must be for 75% of original purchase value.

Returning Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, Bergman Luggage offers a 30-day return policy on any unused items. Please email Bergman Luggage Customer Service Department at information@bergmanluggage.com for a return authorization number.

*All merchandise must be in new unused condition in the original carton with all information and tags attached.
*Returns will not be valid without a Return Authorization number emailed to you.
*Order shipments that are refused without prior acknowledgment or canceled after 24 hours of placement will incur a $25 fee per item to cover the original shipping and handling charges.
*Please note: Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned.

Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Defective Merchandise
If you receive merchandise that you view as defective, please contact Bergman Luggage prior to using the merchandise. We will examine the unused merchandise, and if a defect exists Bergman Luggage will replace the merchandise for you free of charge. If the product has been used, repair or replacement will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
